Before founding Keys Technical Solutions, our leadership managed technology deployments for some of the largest commercial projects in the Southeast—multi-building campus buildouts, district-wide school technology rollouts, and hospital security modernizations involving hundreds of devices and thousands of cable runs.
What we saw repeatedly in this industry was a gap between what clients were promised and what was actually delivered. Proposals written by sales teams. Installations managed by junior coordinators. Systems that worked on day one but degraded within months because the fundamentals were wrong.
