Instructional Disruption

The Challenge

The district had inconsistent technology infrastructure across schools built over four decades. They needed a standardized platform that could support 1:1 device programs, modern classroom AV, campus security cameras, and reliable wireless—all within a bond-funded capital budget with strict procurement requirements.

Our Solution

We conducted site surveys at all 12 campuses and developed a standardized technology specification. Each school received Cat6A cabling upgrades, enterprise wireless with full campus coverage, IP surveillance at entries and common areas, and classroom AV with interactive displays. Work was scheduled during summer breaks and holiday periods to avoid disrupting instruction.

Results

  • 12 schools upgraded to consistent technology standards
  • Wireless coverage verified at 100% of instructional spaces
  • 500+ IP cameras deployed district-wide
  • All work completed during non-instructional periods
