The Challenge
The developer required a unified technology backbone supporting residential access control, retail tenant networks, common area surveillance, and structured cabling—all coordinated across multiple general contractors with an aggressive 14-month timeline.
Our Solution
We designed a converged infrastructure with fiber optic backbone, Cat6A horizontal cabling, IP surveillance covering all common areas and garage levels, mobile-credential access control for residents, and a managed network supporting tenant Wi-Fi. All systems were coordinated directly with the GC, MEP trades, and the developer's IT team.
